My client is a successful outbound contact centre who is looking for experienced Sales Executives.
You will be making outbound calls from warm leads to generate appointments to maximise new and existing business for the Company.
Responsibilities will include
*Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
*Providing the highest level of service to all customers
*Take an active part in the achievement of team and Company targets and be proactive in generating ways to improve.
*Work to create an effective team spirit of co-operation and support for others.
*Be involved with self development & training
*Have an understanding and utilise internal memos, bulletins and newsletters to promote the company.
*Identify your own training needs and liase with team leader / supervisors.
*Maintain all quality checks to perform within company quality KPI’s
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Previous inside sales or service sales experience
2. Excellent communications skills; able to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone
3. Ability to show initiative in the ongoing development of own career.
4. Keep up to date with product knowledge, current offers, and sales promotions.
5. Experience in using computer desktop software
6. Confident, outgoing manner.
7. Good written, communications and presentation skills.
8. Goal oriented, self-starter, able to work independently, but also a team player.
9. Positive can do attitude, self reliant, assertive, confident, adaptable and tenacious.
10. Proven ability to communicate well with internal team and external customers.
You MUST be available to work ONE weekend day as part of your working week, day off in the week in lieu.
